ACER ASPIRE - E5-521-60Y6 | doesn't start any more

Good morning!

Now my problem:

It ever runs without a problem, but last week i only wanted to shut it.
I clicked "shut down" and 5 Minutes later i pushed the Powerbutton for 4sec.

Now it doesn't start anymore.

It hangs in Acer Bootscreen and EVERY possibility to fix this problem has no success.
But everything needs eternal times from one window to the other sometimes it lasts 2-4Minutes.

Yesterday i did a factory re-set with the USB-INTENSO-STICK, but even that didn't work.

And now i tried a factory re-set with ALT+F10 and now it says:

Restore original settings

first insert the installation media then it can continue

- USB-Stick doesn't work
- no Disk was delievered

Someone can help me? Otherwise i'm about to throw this **** thing out of my window

What about this **** UEFI? Perhaps this is the problem? Wrong Bootsequences?
