    I had this problem, I think it was the bus memory on the GPU, I sent it in 3 times and finally, they listen to me and replaced the GPU . . . now I'm having problems with the monitor turning off whenever I pick it up and put it on my lap

    I had this problem, I think it was the bus memory on the GPU, I sent it in 3 times and finally, they listen to me and replaced the GPU . . . now I'm having problems with the monitor turning off whenever I pick it up and put it on my lap
    Pretty sure they didn't replaced the gpu :) its soldered same as the cpu what they did was replace the mobo

    that still means they replaced the GPU right? lol

    Options
    Install all the Acer drivers for Intel for your model from Acer's website.
    Windows auto updates and installs "their" drivers which cause conflictions etc with Acer's stuff.
    Acer's hardware being custom made by them work best with the drivers they install.

    Note: Even if you update the drivers manually check the device manager for the driver versions as Windows drivers are save internally and auto update drivers even when you install yourself.
    If you find the drivers are auto updating then in device manager > properties select "rollback" to maintain your reverted drivers.

    Yup replaced your older faulty mobo with another one with same specs
