my acer sapire es1 - 572 turns itself off suddenly and only turns on after several presses at power button but mostly refuses to turn on. It would then switch itself on and attempt to boot up but doesn’t go past the acer window and switches off again and stays a little while and turns  ITSELF on again and goes through the same cycle. This has been recurrent and at times its stays for days and won’t turn on then at a random time I would press the power button and it would come on and boot all the way and id use it for a day or two then it swiches off and I go back to the same loop. Whats the issue here? Im running on windows 10 with the latest updates

Please try performing a power reset.
Disconnect the charger. Please check for a battery reset PIN hole at the bottom of the device. The reset hole would have a battery symbol next to it. Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds.Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power. Reconnect the charger and check the issue.
