Hello, I am a Acer Aspire series user.Any E5-575G user out here.
I am facing a weird problem since I bought my laptop.
My laptop speaker's sound is decent when it is in battery saver mode or plugged out.
But my laptop speakers' sound dramatically collapses when I plug in my laptop , or not in battery saver mode.
I have tried several troubleshooting methods starting from
1)reinstalling drivers
2)resetting windows 10
3)Formatting MACHINE
and even 4)Changing laptop speakers by acer service persons(Twice)
But all went in vein..
Nothing could help me get out of my misery..
So, I decided to sought the help of this valuable community..
Any Aspire E5-575G user out here ? Any one faced the issue ?
I will be looking forward to your valuable opinions..

Please check in device manager if the audio driver version is 6.0.1.8158. In some cases the windows keep updating the driver.
Also, check if your device has the updated version of BIOS.

Yes I have checked these software aspects(drivers and bios version).still the issue persists. The service persons are asking to replace the motherboard--its only been 5 months since I bought it..should i let them change the motherboard??@Sharanji

Since you have already replaced the speakers and reset the laptop to factory settings, the best option is to send in the laptop directly to Acer for warranty service and get the parts replaced.
