Laptop screen take noticeable time to bright normal level when dark screen to white screen.

Acer E5 575G-50py laptop take noticeable time to back to normal bright (100%) .

I use laptop screen brightness 100% in every time.  when i  switch from dark background to white background (eg black screen  to white screen ) laptop screen take many second to get back 100%  brightness. ( ex -watching the movie , edit web template, , preview  photos ). 

I need to fix this matter. so can we have solution with software level. or need to replace laptop current lcd to ips display or any other solution.

I think it's a safety feature to protect the eye sight, when you come out of a dark environment to bright sunlight your sight takes sometime to adjust to the new environment, if you don't like this feature, you can try disabling the adaptive brightness in Advance Power Options.
Power Options(right click battery icon)->Change plan settings->  Change advanced power settings
