You have 2 RAM slots and each slot can take up to 8GB DDR3L-1600, which makes it a total of 16GB. Make sure that the CAS latency and frequency are the same in both RAM modules.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

I need to know the CAS latency(CL) of the RAM module inside your laptop(if you want to keep). To do so download HWiNFO and RUN it. The CL value can be found here(labeled in yellow rectangle):

If the CL value is 11 then the RAM from the link will work with the one inside the laptop.

Well, from 3rd party websites I just found out that there is only 1 RAM slot in this laptop, which means in order to upgrade you have to remove the 2GB module anyway. I have no idea why CAS latency(CL) is not shown, but by looking at the other digits, I think it is 11. The RAM module from the link you have given should be compatible, so you just need to open the upgrade panel at the back and replace the RAM.

Thank you very much, I hope it will working. There are two different opinions. One of them is that I cannot replace and upgrade the RAM (in the shop thez said that RAM is integrated) and the second is yours. I hope you are right :)

The RAM should not be integrated.
