Dear Acer Team,

Does an Aspire 4741G Notebook supports wireless displays like Mira Cast or Screen Mirroring to a HDTV ?
I have a device that enables me to connect my laptop screen to be displayed on my TV. The device is called
Screenbeam Mini 2 from ActionTec.

I am hoping that I could try to get it working. But as I plugged in the Screenbeam to my HDTV. I cant seem to see any configurations on the laptops setting even on my WIFI network. I really hope that ACER allows some sort of patch or application that allows wireless display for my laptop.

Looking forward in hearing Acer Teams reply on this matter. Thank you.

    Hi,

Please connect the screenbeam Mini 2 to your laptop as you want to cast from your laptop. Also, your TV suppose to have Wi-Di feature. if it does then launch the application from your laptop by keeping your TV Wi-Di enabled. this would now detect your TV and there shouldn't be any difficulty.

I would suggest google chromecast device for these kind of things. its much easier. All you need to do is connect chromecast device to the TV and download google chrome on your laptop or mobile or desktop or any electronic device. by going into settings of google chrome would give option to cast and this allows you to see things in a bigger picture. I always use this way specially while watching netflix. you may try this.
