Hi, i just got my Acer E5-575G from repair at Acer. After couple hours i noteced missing nvidia control pannel so I thought that i'm missing drivers, after downloading them and trying to install i got a pop up that the installer didn't found reguired hardware. The Nvidia Graphic Card isn't showing anywhere in a system.
Does somebody have an idea what can I do to fix it? I already tried factory reset.

Hi!! At repair center, Graphic card hardware might have been replaced to a different brand from Nvidia. Check in Device manager, whether you see the graphic card under Display Adapter. You can also contact Acer Technical Support and check what was repair done on the computer.

From what they told me they repaired the motherboard and the power cable. The device manager doesn't see any unrecognised deviced or other graphic cards than Intel.... I send the notebook back to the Acer.

The graphics card is not inserted if it's not listed under the display adapters field. It might sound ludicrous but chances are, they might've forgot to put it back there. Contact them and tell them so they can reopen the ticket.

To be honest i checked if the Nvidia card was there and it was. Maybe they didn't connect something when they were repairing the motherboard.

    Hi,
You may have to get the MB replaced by Acer service centre as it's normally soldered to MB.

Precisely, the graphics card is soldered into the motherboard, so I am not sure how you see it. Perhaps they failed to connect a plug or two m8.
