Windows10 Home virus caught?

Hallo,
obwohl AntiVirus aktiviert habe ich mir einen Hartnäckigen Virus, Acer One s1003-13TJ, eingefangen. Nach langem hin und her habe ich es geschafft mein Windows zurück zu setzen. Aber ein Höher Stufung auf Windows10 Pro, neuer gekaufter Lizenzkey, lässt er eine Aktualisierung obwohl erst weitergeht aber bevor er beginnt zu laden bricht es ab mit Fehler, mit dem Hinweis das diese Version sich nicht Upaten lassen tut, Key vom Virus verändert oder gelöscht worden? In den Einstellungen der Aktivierung steht nun in etwa was von das es vom Unternehmen aktiviert worden ist.

i dont think virus would change the unit product key.. what might have happened is that the system files are affected. You can use Stinger virus scan from McAfee or make use of Kaspersky recovery.. these should remove any infected system file.
