My question is regards to my Acer Iconia (A1-810) tablet *android*

As mentioned above, that is my model number for my tablet. But/However, my question is does anybody know how to fix the dim lighting on this tablet? I tapped on the Economical back light option so it has a blue check mark in the box but even at night when a/the room is dark, its still bright as a smartphone. So it about blinds you. So my dimness by the way IS all the way down but its seems not dim at night. Can someone help? oh and I know my warranty is out so that probably wont help anything.

you can try some applications that will apply a darker overlay, they will not dim the brightness but just add a darker layer...better than nothing.

you can go to the settings and keep the background light in auto mode so that it will automatically dim the light in the dark.
