Aspire E 15 (E5-575G-78LX) COIL WHINE while playing music,video and not only

Hello dear Acer users :)
So COIL Whine is a terrible sound this sound appears when i'm listening to music, watching videos.
If I put the performance for maximum this sound is non stop!it's ridiculous because when I'm studying it's annoying and gives a headache.

STORY TIME:
I have bought my laptop almost before 9 months (I think).
When I started to use regularly the laptop I noticed that it makes a strange sounds, I said okey...maybe this the hard disk. I called to Acer I explained that I hear strange sounds from bottom of my laptop,but didn't know what is that sound and how to explain it, so they said ok we will take the laptop to our laboratories and check it.
The laptop came back with the same problem ,in the details of reparation was written that All fine, All passed.
Ok, after that I called them the second time, I told them there is still a noise problem, I said maybe it's the hard disk I don't know, because I'm not very experienced in this. After the call I continue the searching on this problem and I faced in a video with the same COIL WHINE:

So I called to Acer in the same day, I told them the problem, and I said the problem is the motherboard or the GPU, they said ok, don't worry we will check this in our laboratories.
I wrote a letter and put the letter with the laptop.
I was kinda happy, no more this terrible sound.
But after the laptop is back they just replaced a new HARD DISK!
I'm very disappointed ,I'm a student I have bought this laptop for studies, every time when I'm sending my laptop I cannot study.
I'm afraid to send the laptop again....

Is there option of requesting just change the model of the computer with equal performance?

    I'm worried that if again it will happen, and also if my warranty will end, and the problem still remains, not cool.
