Help reinstalling Intel Graphic drivers

Hi guys.
I need some help to reinstall Intel HD 4600 graphic drivers. I had to uninstall it while testing a graphics card but i forgot to disable instead of uninstall and now i'm unable to reinstall them, i tried Windows Update, Device Manager and downloading the drivers pack from the Intel website but none of those seems to work, i get this error when i try to update "the registration database is corrupt" and this one when i try to manually install it "the system cannot find the file specified"
I can't even install the Display Adapters section in device manager.

Any idea how to fix this?

On the TC-605, when you insert a graphics card in to the PCIe x16 slot, it automatically disables the HD4600. When you remove the graphics card, it automatically re-enables the HD4600 graphics.

1. Shutdown your computer
2. Unplug your computer from electrical outlet
3. remove GT-210 graphics card
4. Keep the computer unplugged for 15 minutes.
5. See if HD 4600 works.
6. Driver should be automatically downloaded and installed from internet but an older driver is in link below.

It's not working, it's been 4 days now and i can't neither update nor install HD 4600 drivers. I tried manually installing it, Windows Update, Device Manager and downloading the Drivers from both Acer and Intel but it's not working.

The link below shows someone else getting stuck with "Video Controller (VGA compatible)" too. Intel says to uninstall the driver you have.....and then manually install the latest graphics driver or install OEM graphics driver from Acer's website..

6. Click "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer".

7. Click "Have Disk..." and click "Browse".

9. Click "OK" and click "Next". The operating system will install

the driver.

Thank you for your huge support Jordan, unfortunately none of the methods you mentioned worked for me, i got error after error so i thought about the system recovery option and it worked. Lucky me there was a system image created 2 weeks ago and i was able to go back to that point (it took me 7 hours to complete it though)
So for everyone stuck in the same situation i can say System Recovery was the only solution for me, though not the first thing you'll think about in case of a driver installation but definitively a good option.

Are you saying you used the System Restore option from the Microsoft Windows Software Troubleshooting link I gave you? And you restored from a System Restore point from 2 weeks ago?

Or are you saying that you created a System Image two weeks ago and saved it to an external USB drive and then restored that System Image? It's not clear what you did.

I tried the troubleshoot step by step but i wasn't able to restore it then i restarted my PC, went to System Protection and found a system image created automatically 2 weeks ago in the Sytem Restore option, took me several hours but i was able to go back to that point and fixed it.
