Is it safe to use my Pwr+ 19V 9.5A charger/power adapter with my Acer Predator 19V 9.23 A ?

I used it on my previous ASUS laptop and it worked fine, but wasn't sure how about the small difference in Amps might make

    It is always recommended to use the factory shipped AC adapter of same specification.

    As per the details you have provided, the voltage (in Volts) multiplied by current (in Amps) equals the electrical power (in Watts).
    So, 19V x 9.5A = 180W for the adapter
    and 19.5V x 9.23A = 180W for the adapter.
    Since they are using the same plug size, we aren't worried about the 0.5V difference between these 2 adapters as long as the wattage is the same.
