I've recently started playing Assassin's Creed: Origins and my laptop runs super hot when I play. My CPU gets as hot as 90 °C (70 °C for my GPU). I've even bought a cooling pad and so far it hasn't helped at all. The keyboard gets so hot that it's actually uncomfortable playing after a few minutes. Is there anything I can do?

change the stock thermal paste....if it is in warranty then send it to acer ...if not then you can do this by yourself

I've only bought it three months ago. Do I need to contact Acer directly?

Assassin's Creed: Origins is the most heavy game out right now. I don't think re-pasting will do much. Try undervolting.
