Hello,
I have the following setup:

Predator GX-791

Model Name: GX-791

Part Number: NH.Q12EV.003

Mit einer Geforce GTX 980

i7-6820HK 2,7ghz

Now to my first problem.

When im playing a game like fortnite(atm i had only the problem at fortnite not at league of legends) my 2 screens turn off.

But the laptop is still running, so if anyone talk over discord or ts i can hear him.

Second problem

Normally my CPU have 2,7ghz. But atm without overclocking from myside the cpu have 3,2 ghz and if i overclock with predator sence it goes up to 4 ghz.

i tried to change it in the bios, but in this bios are no settings for turn off overclocking.

Is it possible to turn it to 2,7ghz without automaticly overclocking?

Thanks in advance

Sincerely

The first problem is likely to be a driver fault. I suggest you to visit nvidia.com and update the driver to latest version, which is 391.35.

The CPU reaches 3.2GHz, because of Intel turbo boost(that is not overclocking). You can disable turbo boost using intel xtu or just go to power options(right click on battery icon)>change plan settings>change advanced power settings>processor power management>maximum processor state and set the percentage to lower value on both plugged in and battery, so that the frequency will go up to 2.7GHz. Is there any reason why you want to reduce the freqency of the CPU?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
