What is the G9-793-79V5 RAM model / speed. Want to upgrade from 16Gb to 32Gb.

I want to upgrade memory but I am unsure of the current brand / specs of the existing sticks in the laptop.
What are its specs or which RAM would be best to add to the empty DDR4 slots?

The laptop supports DDR4 memory up to 2400MHz
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

To find the specifications of the RAM modules download and run HWiNFO. Make sure that the memory you purchase has the same latency and frequency as the ones in the laptop.

Is there a place where I can see what frequencies/speeds the predator motherboard supports?
I know the max limit is 64Gb though.

Tried getting the same make/model from the Manufacturer, but they were out of stock. I tried from a recommended reseller and though I was getting the same make/model, but it appears that maybe they since changed that model, so I have some variations. I don't have the info on me right now for the chips I got:
    KINGSTON 8GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM SODIMM
    Mfg. Part#: KCP424SS8/8
    CDW #: 4511215
Maybe I copied the info wrong from CPU-z or w/e I used to find the make/model.
Anyway, for some reason I get the predator splash screen and it locks up on occasion and have to power off and back on.
