Aspire V5 and Microcode Update against Spectre vulnerability.

Hi. I've found a list of systems which will get update BIOS with new Microcode, but cannot find laptops V5-571P. V5-571PG (those we are using in my company). They have Intel i5 3rd gen and looking at new table from Intel (https://newsroom.intel.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/11/2018/04/microcode-update-guidance.pdf) I think that Acer should upgrade all of them.
If yes that will be great if not, please explain to me and rest of people who using those models as well. Thank you.

Microsoft has released updates for windows operating system. Please check if there are any pending updates on your device and keep it updated. Though these updates help to mitigate the Spectre and Meltdown speculative execution side-channel vulnerabilities, but to be fully protected you will also need to install the latest firmware & bios updates for your computer.

Here's the weblink with information from Acer that they are currently testing BIOS updates that incorporate processor microcode patches that will help mitigate the issue. The weblink has the target avaliable date for the update

I have similar concerns. My V3-571G which I use has an Ivy Bridge i5-3230M processor. Intel has indicated that the microcode update for this processor is in "Production - Intel has completed all validation and is authorizing customers to use this MCU in a production environment."

However, the Acer support site doesn't list this latop model:

So I would like to understand if this model will be provided a BIOS / microcode update by ACER?

Intel has finalized their microcode updates, this is the final state:

This indicates a microcode update is available for these processors, as is confirmed by the InSpectre tool:

However, no BIOS update is available on the product page:
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/4077?b=1

This laptop model (V3-571G) is also not listed on the acer support website.

Will this model receive the microcode update that Intel has provided?
