Hello,
My laptop is 4 months old, using windows 10. While hardware intensive gaming, my laptop's CPU gets very hot, about 95 degrees celcius, and barely even reaches 80% usage. Is this normal? If so, should I purchase a laptop cooling pad? If this is not normal, should I RMA it?
I recently tried to ask a live chat support, however, they were unable to help in answering if this is normal.
Also, while I am at it, I should also mention that my batter DRAINS while plugged in and gaming. Granted, it drains slowly, but it still surprised me.
Thank you!

Take a look at the pinned post. It shows different ways of how to deal with high temperatures, one of which is to undervolt the CPU(section 3).

Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
