Hi Acer
I bought this computer in February:
Acer Aspire A717-71G
SerienummerNXGPGED00472503F4D3400
SNID 72501620534

Simultaneously purchased a wireless Logitech mini mouse M187 (red and white). When the small USB plug is in the computer, it works for a few minutes - losing it to the mouse, despite the fact that in the mouse setup it says it works correctly.

The same goes for my "old" mouse Logitech Anywhere MX.

Both mice work properly on my other computers and on friends' computers (all other brands HP, Lenovo, etc.)

I have tried downloading mouse drivers from Acer's support page - no help.

When using a mouse with a cord connected to the USB ports, there are no problems. It must be the computer that does not like wireless mice
I do not want to have a corded mouse around me where I need the computer.

What do I do?

Yours sincerely

Open Device Mgr. Right click on HID mouse to properties. Click on power mgt tab. Uncheck allow computer to turn off device. Jack E/NJ
