Hi. I've been facing game crash problems on my Predator, so I decided to just reset the PC to the way I got it.
I chose the 'remove everything' option. It's taking a hell lot of time though.

I haven't made any backups of the Windows License or Windows files, and carelessly went ahead with the resetting. Am I in trouble now? Will I lose my WIndows 10 along with the files?

You won't lose any software that comes pre-installed on the laptop. The reason why it takes so long is because windows is slow-formatting the drive, removing any traces of the files that were inside your drive, making it harder to recover back the files. Choosing 'just remove my files' would take less than a minute to delete the information from the drive.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Just to be safe, you should create a USB recovery drive before you begin.  Just in case the reset were to fail.  But if you already started, it's too late for that.  After it resets, then it might be a good idea to read link below.

    I'm not an Acer employee.
