Worst customer services ever?
Hey,
This is kinda ridiculous at the moment.
I contacted acer on march 8, because I wanted to install a second SSD in my laptop. The caddy and cable were apprantly missing.
The lady told me that I would receive the caddy and cable within 5-7 days, for free. And they confirmed to me that the order was placed.
Fast forward to today, I have not received anything. I contacted support again, and they tell me that it was never sent. Because I must pay. Yet they never told me I would had to pay for the HDD caddy they forgot to put in my laptop when I purchased it.
The customer service clerk have really weird answer, doesn't read. She tell me to call at the number she will give me, yet she doesn't give me the number. What the heck lol.
This is my worst contact with a customer services clerk EVER.

Just felt like throwing this out here: The support is really not good. Do something acer.
