I have a new Predator PH317-51. I replaced the factory 1tb hdd with a new Seagate 2tb Firecuda drive.
Win 10 Disk Management does appear to recognize the drive at all. It doesn't list.
The bios does see the new drive. But I tried updating the bios anyway from 1.10 to 1.13 with no success.

Under Settings/System/Storage/Manage Storage Spaces I can see the drive under a storage pool.
Obviously not knowing what I was initially doing, I may have accidently added it to a pool.
After clicking Change Settings, the Remove option becomes available. But when I click Remove Drive, It chugs for a bit and then comes up "Can't remove drive from the pool".
So I don't know if I don't know if I can't see it in Disk Management because I may have it in a pool or not. Or if I have another issue.

A big typo there.    Win 10 Disk Management does not appear to recognize the drive at all. It doesn't list.
