OK. One final thing to try. F2 into the BIOS menu again. Go to the save and exit tab. Click restore defaults. Then F4 to save settings and exit. Then try the ALT+F10 cold boot recovery procedure one last time.

If ALT+F10 still doesn't work you must install a fresh generic Win10 from a USB stick. Follow IronFly's directions for doing this in this link https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/comment/521946/#Comment_521946

@brummy2fan said >>>C partition to the end, 100MB, 500MB and C partition at the end, like mine in the previous post. That may resolve the problem. Please read the tutorial and familiarise with moving partition.>>>

First try to move the four partitions in the following order. ESP100MB--Recovery500MB--CAcer28.5GB--Unallocated16GB. Jack E/NJ

    Hi,
You have 16MB of unallocated space in front of C partition, you have to shrink C partition by 484MB to make an unallocated partition of 500MB( which is the size of Recovery partition at the end).
Then copy that partition in to the 500MB unallocated partition, click Apply, you may have to reboot, then you can delete the 500MB Recovery partition at the end.
After the completion, it would look ESP, Recovery and C in that order.
I am not sure this will help you but you wanted to try, so I am posting this method, for you a clean install is the best method as you have mentioned about virus infection in one of your posts.
