I have a X203H monitor.  It has two ports in the back to connect to a computer.  Is there any way to select which computer it will show on the screen when both computers are running?

You can use a device called a KVM switch. This switches input and USB controls quickly via a switch.

You can have one keyboard and one mouse for the two towers. That is what KVM stands for. Keyboard, Video, Mouse.

Yes, bring up the on screen menu and change inputs. Sharanji's solution is more elegant because you will also be sharing the mouse and keyboard though.
