My computer keeps uninstalling essential software

About a month or so ago, I logged on my computer to find that wifi was unavailable, so I restarted and still nothing popped up, so I plugged a LAN cord in and went online to see if I could fix my problem. I couldn't find any solutions and soldiered on with swapping my LAN cable back and forth between my computer and my PS4. Then my speakers stopped working, didn't blow them or anything but no sound comes out (Yes, they're unmuted, yes they're enabled, yes I've tried running troubleshooting on it.). Then after a week or two one day the wifi was suddenly working on the computer, and by the next morning when I pulled it out of sleep mode it was gone. Now this morning, I went to use my bluetooth speaker that I've been having to use due to the lack of working ones in the all-in-one, only to find that my Bluetooth was turned off. When I go to turn it on there is no options for it, and when I check my Device Manager Bluetooth is not even listed and when I troubleshoot it, my computer tells me that my computer is not capable of using bluetooth, even though I've been using it for weeks. Any ideas on what to do to fix this mess?
