  • For how long do you think it is advisable to play a high graphics demanding game on the laptop?
  • Is it necessary to take into consideration, the time limit on how long you can play a game, to sustain the hardware for a long time?
I'm concerned with not having the CPU and GPU heat up too much and fail in the long run.

<3 ...Just another overly curious guy.

It doesn't matter how long you play, just make sure that the average CPU temperature doesn't go above 80-85C and the GPU temperature doesn't go above 83C. The CPU and GPU are least likely to break. You should be mostly worried about the capacitors on the motherboard, that are most likely to fail in the next 5 years and the chance of it happening isn't low.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
