When the sytems goes in a sleep mode after which I try to wake it up, the screen doesn't turn on though the keyboards backlight is on. I have to force shutdown the system. I tried uninstalling the VGA driver provided by Acer support and the sleep mode worked fine. Again after installing the driver the same issue started. I am on Windows 10 student and the window is up to date with lastest security patch. I tried troubleshooting the power system also it didn't work.

I would suggest you try installing the latest driver available from amd's driver page, as the one available from Acer is most likely outdated. https://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    Hi,
Go to Power Options(right click battery icon), Change Plan settings, Change Advanced power settings and try the settings for Sleep and see whether it helps.
