Obsolete Z320

A year ago I bought a Z320 and it was good and functioning normally. But then I saw an update for android so I allowed it to update. The next day I realized it was still installing so I left it until it ran out of battery life. Once the battery depleted I turned it on to see if it updated but then the phone got caught in a boot loop. So I plugged the phone up to my laptop. But then it the phone didn't show up, so I looked in device manager to see if it was plugged in but was just hidden. No sign so I replaced the USB cable twice to see if it was going to signal up to my computer but still it was hidden. I now realized that there was no operating system inside the phone I searched on how to get the OS but none of the tips/videos helped me.

If there's anyone who could help me with this problem feel free to answer doing so.

you will loose your personal data but probably will revive your phone.

I tried the Hard Reset, it is still in boot loop, do you know how to get the OS back into the phone? (Without using the computer because the phone isn't recognizable in Device Manager)
