My laptop was working just fine today until it showed me the low battery message, but the charger was plugged in normally. I've tested it on other  computer and the  charger is fine, but the laptop just acts like it's  not there. It ran out of battery some time laterl I've  tried to reboot the battery  plugged and unplugged. I've tried to hold the power button for a long time. I've disassembled  it, removed the battery,   tried to  turn it on and nothing happened  again

What is the the problem with it?
What can I do?

There is probably nothing else you can do, so I would suggest you to contact Acer.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
