Accessing Advanced Options in Pheonix Bios?

I'm running a Gateway NV52, and a while back the original HD bricked, so I put in a new drive, and had to do a clean install of Win 7. When all was said and done, Windows didn't recognize the bluetooth antenna at all (no 'unknown device' in dev manager, and no detection in 'add new device). It was suggested that sometimes it can be turned off in bios, so I went to check on it, but all the advanced options are missing. I'm getting ready to give it to my son, so I'm just going to do a full clean install of Win 10, and I'd like to enable bluetooth for him.

So, with that overly long intro, does anyone know how to access the advanced bios on the Gateway NV52? I tried ctrl+f12 (didn't work), ctrl+f11, ctrl+f12 (didn't work), and ctrl+f2 (didn't work), so I'm thinking it's either a combination I haven't tried or an option I need to enable that I'm not finding. I'd rather not flash, as neither Pheonix nor Acer offer any direct method to update, and I don't want to brick it. Does anyone know?

Haven't tried f6 or fn+f6, so I'll give it a shot. If this works, you will get my praise! As for the broadcom driver, Win 10 gives me an error that says it's not compatible with Win 10, and because the detection agent isn't finding a bluetooth antenna, I can't manually attach the drivers. It's quite frustrating.

*Edited to add* I just realize you meant the actual fn+f6 WHILE windows is running. I thought you meant as a means to access bios. Sorry! Yes, I have launcher installed, and yes, I have tried the function keys.

Please try the below mentioned steps. BIOS does not have any option for Bluetooth devices.

You can run the built-in troubleshooter to locate the exact cause of the problem.
Click: the Start button > Control Panel (View by Small icon) > Troubleshooting > Hardware and Sound. Select the Bluetooth device that you have and run the Troubleshooting.

Right click inside device manager window and check for hidden or disabled devices. You can also uninstall and restore the bluetooth drivers to check the issue.

You should also check the services for Bluetooth devices on your PC:

On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time, type services.msc and press Enter. Right-click Bluetooth Support service and click Restart. Double-click Bluetooth Support service to enter it Properties window. Under General tab, change the Startup type to Automatic. Then press Apply and OK to save and exit.

Oh, I can see how that might be a little confusing. :)

I attempted to run the Broadcom installer that I downloaded from the Gateway site, and an error message popped up saying that it couldn't function in Windows 10. I tried compatibility mode, and that did not work either.

I had already done all those steps, and read somewhere (It's been a while, so I can't remember specifically where) that it could get disabled in advanced bios. Sorry if I didn't fully elaborate on every step, but in my experience it causes people to start second guessing how I went about it and actually bogs the conversation down more. For all intents and purposes, it's gone, apparently. Ugh.

Well, off to purchase a USB bluetooth dongle
