Dead pixel

I get a dead pixel monitor , can I exchange a new one?

    I don't know which model you have, but they typically require more bad pixels before replacing under warranty. There's a spec written up (maybe in the users guide?) that defines what's warranty-able.

    Hi, If the Monitor is less than 15 days old you can exchange from the store you bought. If the store refuse to exchange than you  kindly visit the following link :https://store.acer.com/en-us/, but still the Acer tech support will take the unit for repair only when the monitor has more than 5 dead pixel on the monitor :)
