i would try the media creation tool and check if it's able to find the SSD without the need of the RAID F6 drivers, or try with the RAID F6 drivers.

you will need completly wipe the SSD before installing windows 10, so...
press Shift+F10 at language/keyboard screen options, to enter Command prompt.
    once in command prompt type
    diskpart
    then on diskpart type
    list disk
take note of the correct disk ID to erase
    type
    select disk x
(x is the ID of your HDD to erase)
    type
    clean all

be patient, since it will take a while to end the process, once done, close the command prompt and proceed with the installation.

If I take it to Canada Computer what should I tell them to do, just in case they don't know what Raid is?

If a computer shop doesn't know what a RAID is...better run away from it.

    Hi rickyhuang127,

Sorry to see your having issues, i don't know if the store will be able to help you much on this case, i can recommend to contact your local Acer Support Center to have it diagnose and repair by our Acer Repair Center.

    Thanks,
