Sorry for the miss post -
My computer is 1 week old-Everything goes to the C Volume and it is now full.

It's normal for everything to default to the C: drive. Which OS are you running (I'll guess Windows 10)? In Windows 10 you go to Settings; System; Storage; Change Where New Content is Saved. You can choose to store most everything on your D: drive by default. The fine tuning portion of this comes when you go through the process of discovering just what used your C: drive up. Was it primarily data like music, videos and downloads? Was it primarily space used by installing applications? Was it log files? Until you know that you won't really know how best to minimize usage of the C: drive.

Yes, as you can see the temporary files are your single biggest hit. System & Reserved has to stay on C: and it's important since C: gives you the best speed. Apps & Games can be moved by uninstalling, changing the default location as I talked about before then reinstalling. Other likely can't be moved easily.

Your first step is to run Disk Cleanup, press the Windows key and start typing it's name and it'll be selected. Have it clean out the temporary files. That will be your first and biggest change. You can do this periodically to keep things cleaned out at the loss of some speed when browsing the web, since a lot of the used space is cached web files.

Let us know where it puts you once you've done a disk cleanup and we'll go from there.
