Useless warranty, problem unsolved - shall I abandon hope?

Hey everyone. My piece of equipment is Aspire VN7-592G.
Still under warranty. In Dec 2017 motherboard burned, got replaced under worldwide warranty in Hong Kong, after replacement it started to reboot for no reason when unplugged from charger.
According to my RTFM, the problem is with the battery controller, that I told the goods receiving in the service center when I took the laptop there in Feb 2018.
After two weeks in repair, they gave it back to me, replaced hard drive and said the problem was solved. Well, it wasn't. Exactly the same symptoms, plus all data ruined (chalk it off - doesn't matter anymore).

My questions, if I may:
1. Do you think Acer can finally do something, or I should be looking for a replacement at my own expense?
2. In case the latter is the answer, will Acer be OK if I provide all details regarding the issue at all publicly read media, including communities? And by all means in this case I'll never approach any of the Acer products closer than 1 meter in the future, as well as will try and talk anyone out of the purchase at any opportunity.

Appreciate your help, tired of finding opportunities to do the work I'm supposed to be doing with the help of this item.
Thank you.
Andrei

Sorry. But you seem to have little choice but to click the ACER service link at the bottom of this page and arrange for warranty service again till they get it right. Jack E/NJ
