I've been using a wireless mouse for several months and this morning it suddenly stopped working.  I replaced the battery, still didn't work.  I checked the device manager and it says there is no driver installed and can't find one.  I tried it in each of the USB ports and get the same result.  the same thing w/a wired optical mouse.  I then checked each USB port w/my printer and there's no issue, I can print fine from all ports.  I don't have a restore point before today, so I can't go back.  The only thing that is new today are updates to Norton Security and Microsoft Office 365. i have a AspireE15 with Windows 10, it's only 3 months old. Any thoughts on how to correct this issue?

Open Control Panel. Search "restore point". Click on restore system and files from a restore point. Check for an automatic Win10 update restore point that was created around the last time the mouse was working properly. Jack E/NJ
