Screen remains off and have to shutdown and restart. Power is on and mouse is working but it won't turn on the screen for any reason in which case the mouse will stop lighting up after a while. None of the keyboard keys work and the sleep button does nothing. The only settings in place are that the screen shuts off while sleep, hibernate, and other options are on never. I don't know if its going to sleep or hibernate even though the option is on never or if something else is going on. No sounds of anything running can be heard either other than the light indications. Anyone have any ideas?

Please try to wake the system by pressing a key twice on the keyboard, or clicking your mouse button twice. The first click will wake the system with no video displayed and the second click will enable the video.

Also, check if the latest BIOSversion is installed on your device.

Check for windows update. Press Windows + S button to launch your start menu’s search bar. In the dialogue box type “Windows update”. Click the first search result which comes forward.
Once in the update settings, click on the button which says “Check for updates”. Now Windows will automatically check for updates available and install them. It may even prompt you for a restart.
After updating, restart your computer and check if your issue got fixed.
