There is only one Aspire model model that has the same processor for this  price range $ 599.99.
    https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/compare/NX.GTCAA.016-NX.GTPAA.008
The A515-51G-515J model you selected has NVIDIA® GeForce® MX150 with Graphics Memory Capacity up to Up to 2 GB GDDR5, Dedicated Graphics Memory.
The A515-51-51-3F model has Intel® Graphics Controller with UHD Graphics 620 with DDR4 SDRAM shared memory.

Other model with same processor have different screen size, SSD size varies, internal memory size and graphics varies,
Also the prize varies with specification.
This link has all models of Aspire 5 model avaliable directly at Acer store and through Acer partners

hi. looking to get an Acer Aspire 5 15.6" slim or not- doesn't matter... i am absolutely Not well versed in tech type things... this will be a computer for daily things...email, web, documents, shopping, streaming video and music quite a bit (will get speakers after the actual device)... i don't need a super sonic computer, however, mid level intel 5 is what i hear is best for my needs as i cannot afford nor do i want to get a new computer every 2 years... i don't really understand the meaning of Ge Force MX350, 8GB DDR4, 512GB NVMe SSD, Wireless WiFi 6, AX201, FULL HD ISP DISPLAY, however, i was leaning towards this one...??? the integrated vs dedicated was explained to me yet, i couldn't understand what would make me choose one over the other besides the extra $100 for dedicated...
anyone willing to explain any of this in terms a child could understand? and don't be mean... i have other interests and pretty bad ADHD and i could never grasp the computer stuff bc it was so confusing to my brain... i am adult, i just get by kinda pushing buttons and figuring things out by chance or giving up and forgetting about it... i have nobody teaching me things like this.
anyway, i'd love help with my perchase if anyone is interested! thank you!!! :)
