Hi, I spilled water (About 2 cups) on my laptop and I took out the battery and turned it off right away. I placed it upside down and even unscrewed the back so It can dry.

I let it dried for a week.

It does turn on now, however the keyboard - some buttons work some don't, but the touch screen works fine. When I let my computer just sit, it wont let me select or move the screen.
Mouse moves, but when I try to select something it wont select. When I am in the apps menu, the screen or apps just goes to the right. Wont let me scroll through. It moves when I scroll but it shifts to the right again.

I would say the spilled water may have affected some components of the laptop. However, you can still do some additional "fun" troubleshooting like reinstalling the drivers for the mouse/keyboard.
Perhaps try uninstalling those drivers first.
You can find those in the "Device Manager". You can go to start menu and do a search for "Device Manager" and look for the keyboard mouse section. Try to see if you can update the keyboard/mouse first. If not, rollback the drivers, or uninstall. Usually windows is good at detecting the drivers again.
