I love this chromebook, but the battery is dying weekly. I use it all the time. I charge it every night.  But the battery has been losing its 'total' charge for months now. I'm at 37% charged is the highest it will go now!

Help!

To diagnose the issue, reset your Chromebook to its original factory state from the sign-in screen by pressing Shift + Ctrl + Alt + R and clicking Restart. Backup any data stored on your device before performing reset.

Then fully charge the Chromebook and check the issue.

If the issue persist, please open a CROSH shell, by typing Ctrl Alt t, and then type battery_test. After the test is done, type Exit. Then come back here and tell us what it says about battery health.
