I am using Acer Aspire E5-511. This laptop comes with pre-installed Windows 8.1 64 bit and because of performance issue, I downgrade my laptop OS from Windows 8.1 to Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and with help of 3rd party driver downloading website https://www.driveridentifier.com I successfully installed important compatible driver. But still I can't access Bluetooth and Wi-Fi(WLAN) because I am facing difficulty to find right version of this driver. Please help me in this case. Many thanks in advance for provide any solution.

Can you check your Windows Update? That will solve the problem most probably. Alternately you can go to the device manager page and download the drivers using its hardware ID.
    BElieve in YOUrself.

Driver update(provided by Windows) destroy driver compatibility and my according driver update provided by device manufacturer are trusted because it never loss compatibility, Driveridentifier website provides driver software versions(verified by Acer) are working after downgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, and finally after a long concentration, I found Bluetooth-WLAN working driver(officially provided for Windows 8.1) are also working in Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Download link:

    Instructions:-
    1. Turn off Antivirus and 3rd party firewall(if installed) because it may prevent proper installation of driver.
    2. Run this driver setup.
    3. After run this if ask for restart, then restart laptop.
    4. Test this, if Bluetooth and Wi-Fi not working, then again run this driver setup and choose "repair" mode. This mode definitely fix this problem.
    5. Now restart laptop(if ask for restart).
    6. Yippie! now enjoy Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
