service center has put a cheaper and lower resolution variant of screen , what should i do now?

Hello,

My name is Omar Hasan and I am MBBS scholar at AIIMS Patna. I own Acer Predator Laptop with SNID 72903629134.Last month I found that there was a problem with my LCD screen ,in the corner i see deep green color when there was dark background so i ordered service request from acer website and  my case was accepted on 2nd of February 2018 with the case id 2599217I. The service engineer came to my college two times and ulimately requested me to to submit my laptop to acer care center in Patna .On his request i submitted my laptop to Sona Infotechs PVT Ltd. on 14th of February 2018. Yesterday i called them to know the status of my grievances and they told me that your problem have been resolved by replacing the LCD screen you can come and take away your laptop. 

Today(23-02-2018) I went in the afternoon to pick my laptop, during my inspection i found that the LCD screen was not full HD(max resolution1366x768) and not anti glare as i can see reflection on screen( my original specification is full hd 1080x720 screen with anti glare) .I questioned them about the discrepancy they told me that the acer support center have sent them the above mentioned screen for replacement and they cant do anything about it. I denied to accept my laptop because it was't in the original condition/specification.Presently it is in the service center.

I regret to say but such kind of service was unexpected from such a big brand like  Acer. It has been more than 25 days and not only my problem had not been resolved till now but i was being made a victim of a cheap scam.Let me tell you that without my laptop it becomes very difficult for me as I use my laptop not only for gaming purpose but also for my study as well as medical practice.

And due to this kind of unethical practice by Acer support I have lost all trust in this company and if my Laptop is beyond repair my first preference is that acer should reimburse the present market value of the laptop or exchange my laptop with new one as soon as possible because I cant give my laptop for months to be repaired.

I request you to prioritize my case and resolve my problem as soon as possible
