Acer Care Indicates "Delayed Launcher" is not enabled, and it does not offer any way to enable it?

In Acer Care Center, under "Startup Applications", a red exclamation mark  is next to "Delayed Launcher",  apparently indicating that it is not enabled.  However, in Windows 10 Task Manager it indicates it is operational. Is there anything I need to do?  Thanks.

    Hi,
I have the same, no need to do anything, I would just ignore it.

    Hi @NDG
Please let us know the model number of your computer?
This is not obviously needed to run Windows (especially anything that is not a Microsoft Product or Service) until you can complete the upgrade process.
This Launcher utility has System Tray access to, and notifications for  Intel Rapid Technology - which "provides new levels of protection, performance, and expandability for desktop and mobile platforms. Whether using one or multiple hard drives, users can take advantage of enhanced performance and lower power consumption." If enabled it will give you quick access to the main utility and provide alerts if any problems are detected.
You may ignore it if it shows running in windows Task Manager and make sure that you have installed all the windows updates.
