Touchscreen & Wireless Mouse Missing Drivers

I have an Aspire M5-583P running Windows 10 64-bit OS.
A couple of days ago my touchscreen and 2 wireless mouses stopped working suddenly.
Device Manager indicates that the computer sees the devices but says they are missing the drivers. Update Driver tells me that no drivers are available for the devices. I can't find them online, either. (Mouse #1 is a RadioShack 2.4G mouse and Mouse #2 is an Amazonbasics MG-0975.)
Any help in either figuring out why these drivers suddenly disappeared or in getting new drivers installed would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Same exact problem with our Aspire V15 Touch. Same timing too.0

Hi,
If Windows can not install those drivers, you may have to contact the manufacturers of those devices for the drivers.

Can anyone point me in the direction of Acer drivers? I found a list of driver installs to fix Windows 10 issues but they did not include the touchscreen.
Haven't had any luck via Google on the mouse drivers, either.
Any ideas on why the drivers for all of these things would have suddenly disappeared?0 -
Open Control Panel. Search "restore point". Click "restore system and files from a restore point" . Check for and restore the system from an automatic Win10 restore point with a timestamp immediately before the problems started. Jack E/NJ

The similar timing of our mouse and touchscreen issues was too much of a coincidence, so I did some investigating -- the last Windows update introduced a known issue: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4091240/usb-devices-may-stop-working-after-installing-the-february-13-2018-upd
The release notes indicate that Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in a future release, but I uninstalled the update and now everything works again. Good luck!

Exactly the same problem here for Aspire R13. Touchscreen and mouse (both wireless and wired) suddenly stopped working. Luckily my Touchpad is still functioning. Time 03/03/2018, Location Hong Kong. Hope the patches are released soon.0
