I have an Acer Aspire M3970 Intel core 13 Windows 7 desktop

The screen keeps saying it is trying to restore original windows settings. I have hit delete button, F9 and F10 several times. I have turned on and off several times, I have unplugged once and it is still in the same cycle.  This computer is for my business and I need it back on track. Please help.

Well, once the Windows restores to an older version the problem is that it cannot sustain the new version of Windows. I assume your computer is trying to get 1709 update and then goes back saying restoring previous version.

    Solution:

    1. Once Windows loads back, you need to stop Windows update. Prior to 1709, you can stop Windows from updating itself so go ahead and do it.
    2. A complete new Operating System flash and then don't update the Windows. It might also help.

Maybe if the issue is different, can you tell me the story behind what's exactly happening and where and when as well for me to help you better m8.
    BElieve in YOUrself.
