Black screen, power button is glowing red, touchpad button is orange can't turn computer on

I've tried to turn on the computer but it still doesn't work a couple parts of it are still glowing but I can't reset it or shutdown even with battery pinhole.

    Let us know the exact model number of your device.
    Did this happen after any updates?
    Is the AC adapter working fine?
    Since the power button is glowing red, try connecting the charger to another wall outlet.

    Disconnect the charger, Press hold the power button for 10 seconds, Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds to reset the computer. it simulates removing and reinstalling the battery.
    Re-connect the charger and power On the device to check the issue.

    Device cannot be turned off no mater how. 
    Its touchpad button is still glowing orange and the power button is red.

    I can't remember any updates before that happend.

    Exact model is Predator 17 G5

    Nevermind, the only thing I had to do is push the paperclip much harder into the hole. I haven't done that before because I was afraid it can damage the battery.
