Wifi system problems

Got my aspire 4730z visa laptop to factory reset . And did all the windows updated but I have not idea why it won't connect to to the internet. I've done everything I know to do. Wifi property's is all good. I've turned off everything with no luck, here some info on the laptop  aspire 4730z windows visa Intel Pentium t3400 acer nplify 802.11 draft-n wlan

    Okay I have found the problem to wear if you uninstall macfree antivirus it will pretty much lock you out of the web if you uninstall it so that's what the problem was from so I had to do a complete system restore in order to fix it

    You're not detecting any WiFi networks? Are you logging into your WiFi and your internet is not working? Can you please let me know if there's a specific error message for us to help you better?

    There is no error msg. I can see and connect to my wifi but when I try to load a web page it will not do It! I've turned off the firewall  and put security to the lowest to see if that was the problem  but no luck when I run a diagnostic test on it windows can not find any problems

    Your other devices are connecting to the internet right? So in this case, first try connecting the device using an ethernet cable and tell me if you can go online?
