Need some help about my Acer Predator XB271HU bmiprz monitor

Hi guys, I have just bought this monitor for less than a month. Everything was fine until yesterday. Can anyone tell me what is happening and how could I solve this problem? Is it a hardware problem or just some tiny problem?? Thanks!

    Hi @ Wulala 
    Please perform a power reset, disconnect the power cable and video cable. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
    Reconnect only the power cable. Power On the monitor and check the issue.

    Hi @ Shanranji,
    Thanks for your help. I will try this method later. However, would you please tell me that this is a temporary problem or something is wrong for the panel? Some other people told me I need to return the monitor. Thanks!

    If the issue persists after performing the power reset steps, this could be an issue with the backlights. You may contact Acer technical support in  your region and check for options to get the device replaced.
