How to get replacement???

Dear Acer Team,

On 27.10.2017 we have purchased 

Acer Machine S/N: Veriton-IC6404
ID: UXB1JSI561H1437119

 from M/s. Swetha Computers, Secunderabad. Telanaga-500003 pertaining  Invoice number : G21026.

We have brought it for our medical analysis and the configuration which we made in the system costs around Rupees 50Lakhs.

After few months the system was not working properly, when encountered the problem
​we found that system gets automatically shut down.

When contacting your customer care on Jan 22nd 2018, your executive resolved the problem.
But after a month the same problem arrised.

​Now just because of System our analysis work is being interrupted which is inevitable.

​This is very disappointing for the service you provide.

Hence we kindly request for the replacement.
