hi there
I am having laggy mouse problem on my Z3-615.  Same problem with wired as well as wireless mouse (Logitech M331).  I have tried the following
1. using different port for the wired and wireless (dongle)
2. removed the Acer supplied wireless dongle for keyboard and mouse on the side and use the logitech supplied one.
3. disabled Realtek sound upon start-up as advised by another post.

Please help as problem still persists.

thank you

Make sure that you connect the receiver to the USB 2.0 port instead od USB 3.0 port.
Sometimes other USB devices can interfere with your mouse and cause mouse lag to appear, so disconnect and check the issue.

Enable / Disable Scroll Inactive Windows
Navigate to Settings > Devices > Mouse & Touchpad.
Now locate the Scroll Inactive Windows option and disable / enable it.
Try disabling and enabling this option a few times and check if the issue is resolved.

Set the touchpad to No Delay. To do this navigate to Mouse & Touchpad settings like we explained in the previous steps. Now find the Touchpad section and set the delay before clicks to No delay (always on).

You can also try to fix the problem simply by rolling back your drivers.
To roll back your drivers, press Windows Key + X. Now select Device Manager from the list.
When Device Manager opens, locate your mouse or Realtek audio driver and double click it.
Go to Driver tab and click on Roll Back Driver button if available. If Roll Back Driver button is grayed out, this solution doesn’t apply to you.

Many thanks .. will give it a try.
FYI - USB 3 ports are blue in colour.
    I have done the following:
Removed the wireless receiver from the USB ports at the back and used the port on top left side of screen - the original wireless mouse / keyboard pad.
    Changed mouse set-up as advised.
Did not change the touchpad parameters as there is no touchpad option.  This is a touchscreen device.
Check drivers - no need to roll back.
Still a bit laggy but not as pad as before.

    Sorry ... still having problems.

The mouse seem to have a mind of its own ... if it is not laggy the pointer will continue to move after i stopped the spot and readily to click.

it will continue moving. scrolling at times seem responsive. only the mouse movements.  this is similar if I use a wired mouse.
