Acer should support the product with fully paid return boxes when product is under warranty.

I have a new predator laptop with a pixelated line on the display and I am so disappointed!  They want me to pay for the postage to Texas for repair.  My laptop is under warranty and they want me to send my laptop for repair.   This should be on Acer 100%.

    Contact support and request a prepaid shipping label. For whatever reason, they do not offer it by default once you start a support ticket. The packaging is on you, however. Many of us have had to send our laptops in lately for various issues and no one was offered shipping up front. We either found out about it after sending it in, or had to actually remind the support person shipping was covered under our warranties.
